Oat and flour balls made with sardines and green-lipped mussel powder.

Ingredients
- 6 to 7 Dried Greenlip Mussels blend them into a powder (I got mine from PETstock for about $14-18)
- 1 cup of oats Blended
- 2 Cups of Plain Flour
- 1-2 tablespoons of Flaxseed Meal
- [Also, from the method: 2 tins of sardines in spring water, and 1/2 cup of water]
Method
- Set the Oven on at 180 degree
- Mix All the dry ingredients together thoroughly
- In a separate small bowl, mix up 2 tins of sardines in spring water (juices and all) till it is paste like
- Add sardines & Half a cup of water to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Add more if needed to get the consistency of a bread dough
- I rolled them into 15g balls (you can make bigger or smaller pending on what size you would like) & flattened them into your palm or you could just leave them round.
- Into the oven for 35-40 minutes. If you want them to harden, leave the door ajar until they are cool. Will last 3 to 4 weeks in the cupboard in a sealed container or will last 3 to 4 months in a freezer. I give them to my dogs frozen.
